- Account information: account name, user id, login status, authentication tokens, profile name, avatar, language, and settings.
- Device connection information: Bluetooth device name, device address, signal status, connection history, product model, and device-control state.
- Media selected by you: photos or videos you choose for profile, feedback, chat, or AI video features.
- Audio input: microphone input is used only when you enable audio-reactive or voice-related features.
- Feedback and support information: feedback text, screenshots, submitted images, device model, and support conversation records.
- AI interaction data: chat messages, persona selections, prompts, generated replies, and related safety or reporting data.
- Usage and technical data: app version, platform, logs, crash or error data, network request metadata, and feature usage needed to provide and secure the service.
4. iOS Permissions Used by This App
The following privacy usage descriptions are declared by the iOS app. We request or use them only for the purposes described below.

- Process media you choose for app features, including local video recognition and feedback upload.
- Improve safety, prevent abuse, debug errors, protect accounts, and maintain service reliability.
- Respond to support requests, feedback, reports, and legal obligations.
6. AI Features and Content Safety
The app may provide AI companion, AI chat, and AI video features. AI-generated content may be imperfect or inappropriate. We use safety measures and user feedback channels to help detect, report, and respond to harmful content. You should not use the app to create, request, share, or promote illegal, abusive, hateful, exploitative, or unsafe content.
7. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help operate hosting, storage, analytics, account, AI, media, support, payment, security, or communication services. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect users, or to enforce our terms.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
We keep information only for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce agreements. You may delete your account inside the app through the account or profile settings when available. You may also contact us at custom@syncluv.net to request account deletion or personal data deletion.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
